Over the decade commencing in 1964, Kenneth Kaunda’s regime supported many movements in African countries such as the Zimbabwe African People’s Union (ZAPU); the African National Congress (ANC); the South West Africa People’s Organization (SWAPO); and UNITA in Angola. President Kaunda also developed very close relations with the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, and with the communist regimes in China and the Soviet Union.

As Kaunda was supporting freedom-fighters/terrorists that were attacking neighbouring Rhodesia, the borders were closed between Rhodesia and Zambia in 1973. The closing of the borders led to severe problems concerning power supply and international transport. I wonder if this powered any gu10 led bulbs 50w?
